MacBook Air with M3 chip will be presented in the second half of this year

MacBook Air with M3 chip will be presented in the second half of this year. The information was shared by DigiTimes, citing industry sources. There are no specific launch dates or details about the updated MacBook Air.

Apple Watch Ultra never turns off

The launch in the second half of 2023 is not very hard to believe. Firstly, just a week ago, DigiTimes announced that the announcement of the MacBook Pro with M2 Pro and M2 Max was postponed again, and Apple took and showed new laptops.

Secondly, other insiders said that in the first half of the year they will introduce a MacBook Air with a 15.5-inch display and an M2 chip and, possibly, an M2 Pro. It will be strange if a version with a new chip comes out in six months.

Perhaps Apple decided not to release the 15-inch MacBook Air at the beginning of the year, but will present it immediately with an updated 13-inch version. In this scenario, both computers will receive 3nm chips, the production of which was recently launched by TSMC.
