With AppleCare + it is now possible to insure the iPhone for theft and loss. AppleCare +, the insurance that offers assistance and additional coverage for its Apple hardware, is available for iPhones in three European countries (France, Italy, Spain) with a new additional formula that provides coverage for theft and loss.

AppleCare + for iPhone, we remind you, includes two interventions for accidental damage every 12 months against the payment of a monthly cost. In its basic version it covers problems such as glass breakage and accidental damage of all kinds for a cost of 29 or 99 euros twice over the course of a year.
Now it is possible to activate the additional coverage both at the time of the order but also immediately after the purchase. When ordering, in addition to the actual device, you can choose between “AppleCare +” and “AppleCare + with cover for theft and loss” (for two years).
The first option starts at 89 euros or 4.49 euros per month (the price changes according to the phone purchased) and provides protection in case of accidental damage, certified repair with original spare parts, the “express” replacement service (the shipment of a replacement device), priority access to assistance; the cost of the second option (with coverage for theft and loss) starts at 149 euros (or 7.49 euros per month) and includes all the services offered by AppleCare + and extra coverage for theft and loss.
