iPad mini 7 could arrive by the end of the year. Will there be an iPad mini 7 by the end of the year? According to a new report from DigiTimes, Apple could release a seventh-generation iPad mini later this year.

In an article discussing stagnating global tablet demand in the second half of 2023, DigiTimes predicts an increase in Apple’s market share due to orders for a “small” iPad in the fourth quarter.
In the second quarter, iPad shipments declined more sequentially than non-iPad tablet shipments, resulting in iPad’s share of combined shipments seeing two consecutive quarters of decline. However, the share will gradually increase during the second half due to Apple’s inventory replenishment needs in the third quarter and orders for a new small iPad in the fourth quarter.
This is obviously just a rumor, but at the beginning of the year Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman did not rule out the arrival of an iPad mini “with small changes” by the end of 2023. Subsequently, other leakers have denied these rumors by stating that there will be no new Apple products after the iPhone 15.
The iPad mini 7 should therefore offer an updated processor (A16?), new cameras and a few other new features.
