The disassembled iPad 10 reveals why it doesn’t support Apple Pencil 2. iFixit complains that the USB-C port is soldered to the logic board and that Apple’s repair program does not – at least at the moment – provide spare parts, manuals and other support tools for the repair of this model of the tablet.

The new iPad has an all-screen design, is available in four colors (blue, pink, yellow and silver), boasts a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display (2,360 x 1,640 pixels, approximately 4 million pixels, 500 nits of brightness and True Tone technology) that extends to the edges.

Touch ID has been moved to the top key; Wi-Fi 6 is present and Gigabit LTE connections are supported, with physical SIM cards and eSIM with on-device activation. We remind you that to recharge the first generation Apple Pencil with the tenth generation iPad 10 you need to use an adapter.

Wi-Fi models of the latest low-end iPad are priced from €589 while Wi-Fi + Cellular models start at €789 (VAT included).
