The 9to5Mac site affirms it, explaining that this peculiarity has been reported to them by sources in the sector, and that if not all, at least on some models, the possibility of fast charging with power supply up to 35W should be offered.

iPhone 14s currently offer fast charging with chargers up to 27W, and the Pro models can charge faster. You need an Apple USB-C to Lightning cable and a 20W or higher Apple USB-C Power Adapter to fast charge iPhone 12 and later.
For 35W charging of the iPhone 15, you could take advantage of the 30W or higher power supplies of the MacBook Air or the 35W dual port USB-C power supply.
Rumors of iPhone 15 with support for 35W maximum fast charging are not new and previously even the analyst Ming-Chi Kuo had reported this news thanks to the integration of the USB-C connector, and USB-C chargers and cables certified by Apple with the MFi logo.
